You will need:

• a personal computer or laptop with audio capabilities and attached camera
• access to a high-speed Internet connection (Wi-Fi, cable, etc.)
• to learn through individual reading and study
• to learn how to use Canvas
• to learn from a variety of formats (lectures, videos, podcasts, online discussion/conferencing)
• to regularly set aside time for assignments and studying – about nine hours per class, per week
• to plan and manage your time, stay on task, and avoid distractions – such as texting and social media – while studying
• to be comfortable asking my classmates or instructor for help via email, discussion board, or chat
